Project Overview & Technical Scope

Under Phase-I of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar development, Labotek executed multi-building electrical, mechanical, and sustainable energy infrastructure including Solar PV plants, Building Management Systems (BMS), and 1+4 years of comprehensive maintenance.

Scope of Work

Grid-Interactive Solar PV Plant: Clean energy generation reducing institutional carbon footprint.
Smart Building Management System (BMS): Automated monitoring of HVAC, lighting, and power loads across academic blocks.
Fire Safety & Power Reliability: Addressable fire alarm networks, centralized UPS units, and commercial LED lighting.
Acoustic & Ceiling Work: High-performance false ceiling installations for lecture theatres and research laboratories.
