Project Overview & Technical Scope

Labotek spearheaded the complete Renovation & Redevelopment of Data Centre Infrastructure at IT Park, Shastri Park, New Delhi. Serving the critical computational requirements of national cyber defense, this project upgraded the mechanical, electrical, and passive networking systems on the 1st and 7th floors with a 12-month Defect Liability Period (DLP).

Engineering Highlights

MEP Infrastructure Revamp: Precision data center cooling, power distribution busways, and harmonic mitigation.
Multi-Floor Passive Cabling: High-density Cat6A and OM4 optical networking across the 1st and 7th floors.
Civil Redevelopment: Decommissioning legacy equipment, raised flooring adjustments, and ergonomic architectural modernization.
